Change of plan on the fabrics for my MM&I neighbourhood! I have been looking at Silkweaver and came across more lovely fabbies. They have so much choice and most are available in opalescent. I love their opalescent fabbies and have used quite a few in the past. I don't know if they still do snowstorm as I can't find it on the new site and it may be too pale and the starquest may have too many white bits in it. Your input would be greatly appreciated again please:) I promise I'll be back with some stitchy WIPs another day!
I like the Dusk one best, although they are all nice!!!

Karma would be my choice. I think your winter theme would really pop on a dark fabric, especially if it's an opalescent one.

ReplyDeleteAll very different but each has a wintery touch to it Sally. The other two both look rather too pinky to me.
I like Starquest. Oh and it doesn't actually have any white in it - it just has paler blue bits. I think it just looks white on the screen.
ReplyDeleteOh, my! You know me when it comes to decisions... lol I like the Karma Sparkle and Snowstorm... I think a Wintery stormy sky would look wonderful and compliment your Neighbourhood... You don't want something too busy to take away from your lovely Neighbourhood and everything going on there... just a subtle backdrop... a hint of a Winter storm...

I already have my fabric picked out... Vintage Examplar by Lakeside Linens... now for theme and charts... Good grief, but my head is fair buzzing with ideas! lol
