My Lovely Angel!

As promised I'm back with an update on HAED Guardian. It's just about all I've stitched on so I've managed to get quite a bit stitched and I just love how this looks. Selina's artwork is just gorgeous and Michele of HAED's charting is perfect:)
Last night I did a little bit on HAED TT Purple Dragon. She was feeling neglected so I had to bring her out:) I think I will do more on her night. I don't really have much left to stitch and she'll be finished:)

My hospital appointment did not go well yesterday. I won't go into it that much as I know you don't really want to hear it but there seemed to have been a mix-up and they did not have me down to see a specialist. The audiologist was very apologetic so now I'm waiting to see if I get another appointment although after I said I felt that my symptoms had been brushed under the carpet she suggested I ring the secretary of the specialist so I'm plucking up the courage to do that now! LOL!

I'm taking a blog break for a couple of weeks so won't be writing, reading or commenting- sorry. I hope this won't put you off coming back to me when I start up again:)

Take care everyone.

Hugs

Sally

great progress Sally - have a good break and take care of yourself. Hope you get a new appointment sorted - speaking to the consultant's secretary might be a good idea - I have had good results that way!

Oh I do hope you get some help getting to the bottom of your symptoms - how discouraging to keep trying and be treated wrongly. I am sending lots of good thoughts your way. Your stitchiing as always is lovely.

Wonderful progress on both HAED's Sally, they both look lovely!

So sorry to hear that your hospital appt. didn't go well. Still haven't got go the bottom of my symptoms yet! It's almost a year since they started and I'm still to-ing and fro-ing to the doctor! Had an hospital appt. myself recently - results should be with the doctor by the end of this week, so may have a bit of news!

Take care and enjoy your break Sally.

Ah yes the classic "we didn't know about it". Before they had emails, different departments used to communicate with each other and things got done, but now they think that sending an email is all that needs to be done. Doesn't matter that they probably never sent it in the first place.

My Mum is having similar problems after an emergency referral from the optician - emergency as in he wanted her seen by the hospital specialist within 5 days and it's now been 3 months.

I hope it all goes well and you get some results soon.

((hugs)))
